1. Dry Lips and Dry Mouth
A dry tongue, cracked lips, or a dry mouth may indicate that your child is losing too much body fluid.
2. Crying Without Tears
If your child cries but produces very few or no tears, it can be an early sign of dehydration.
3. Passing Less Urine
A noticeable decrease in urine output or fewer wet diapers than usual is an important warning sign.
4. Excessive Sleepiness or Lethargy
